The Silicon Valley Taxpayers Association Recommends a NO vote on the following measures in Santa Clara County:

November 8, 2016 Presidential election ballot:

1. Measure A - $950M Bond Measure (Affordable Housing) - 2/3 vote required

2. Measure B - Santa Clara County VTA Sales Tax - 2/3 vote required

3. Measure F - City of San Jose Repeal of Pension Reform -

4. Measure G - City of San Jose Business Tax increase

5. Measure T - Town of Los Gatos TOT 2% tax increase

6. Measure U - San Benito High School $60M Bond

7. Measure X - San Jose-Evergreen Community College $748M Bond

8. Measure Y - San Jose Unified School District $72 parcel tax

9. Measure Z - East Side Union High School District $510M Bond

10. Measure AA - Campbell Union High School $275M Bond

11. Measure BB - Sunnyvale School District $59 parcel tax - 2/3 vote required

12. Measure CC - Campbell Union School District $72M Bond

13. Measure EE - Oak Grove School District $132 parcel tax - 2/3 vote required

14. Measure GG - Los Altos School District $223 parcel tax - 2/3 vote required

15. Measure HH - Franklin-McKinley School Distrct $72 parcel tax - 2/3 vote

NOTE: Measure U's district is in both Santa Clara and San Benito counties.
